How do you know how many sessions are needed?

 

Every session is made just for you and your needs. Our deep beliefs in the subconscious mind take time to change. To fully change your thoughts, actions, and behaviors, sometimes more than one session is required.  

For most challenges, three sessions are recommended to create lasting change and overcome what’s holding you back. Your transformation starts from the very first session.
